Your first step is a phone consultation with one of our experienced bathroom designers. We'll discuss your ideas, requirements and how you use your bathroom, helping us understand what you'd like to achieve. If you'd like to move forward, we'll arrange a free home survey at a convenient time.
Our surveyor will visit your home to assess your existing bathroom, take accurate measurements and prepare a layout drawing. We'll discuss your requirements in more detail, explore the possibilities for your space and establish a clear brief and budget.
Following your home survey, we'll usually provide an initial quotation on the same day, based on your bathroom layout and requirements. This gives you a clear indication of the investment involved before you visit the showroom to finalise your design and product selections.
Your showroom appointment is an opportunity to explore different bathroom designs, materials and finishes in person. Across our Naas Road and Rathfarnham showrooms, you'll find over 110 individually designed bathroom displays. Our experienced design team will guide you through the selection of tiles, sanitaryware, brassware and furniture, helping you bring together a bathroom that suits your home, style and budget.
Once your design and product selections are finalised, our team begins preparing for your renovation. Our dedicated warehouse and logistics team manages product orders, checks deliveries and coordinates the safe arrival of materials at your home. We'll also schedule the installation and organise the necessary trades, ensuring everything is in place before work begins.
Our experienced in-house team manages the entire installation, beginning with the removal of your existing bathroom and the necessary waste arrangements. From plumbing and electrics to plastering, tiling, fitting and finishing, every stage is coordinated by your dedicated project manager. You'll have a single point of contact throughout the renovation, with most bathrooms completed within 5–8 working days.
Around a week after your bathroom renovation is completed, a member of our team will return to carry out a final inspection and ensure everything meets our standards. If any minor adjustments or snagging items are identified, we'll arrange for these to be addressed. We'll also check that you're happy with your new bathroom before officially signing off on the project.
