Ripples recently completed a disability bathroom conversion for my mam. Communication throughout
the process was excellent in particular from Patricia who guided us through the process and assisted
with the grant process. The staff are both courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The bathroom
quality is very good with a follow up visit to check if all was OK. Only one minor niggle which was
addressed quickly so I would have no issues in recommending Ripples. Professional, trustworthy,
honest, competitive pricing and good quality finish… highly recommended!

The entire team at Ripples were fantastic from Sales to After Service care. The installation took just 1
week and the team were so friendly. I would definitely choose Ripples again. Thrilled with our new
bathroom.

I would highly recommend this company they took out my old bathroom which was dated with a large
bath. They said it would take 5-7 working days an it did. I now have a fabulous en-suite bathroom with
double sink and large walk in shower. The people who worked on the job were so professional and
tidy.

Excellent service from the moment we walked into the showrooms! Workmanship could not be faulted

It was a great experience dealing with Ripples. Everything went as promised. Hard workers with
smooth transitions between plumbers, electricians, tilers and all carried out with professionalism. Very

The experience in the showroom was really good. We felt that they actually knew what they were
talking about (this is not always the case with sales people) Absolutely delighted with our new ensuite.
Feels like a hotel. Daryl was hardworking, professional and left our house cleaner than it was before

I can't praise Ripples bathroom enough, we have just had our dream bathroom completed today by
installer Ruairi & tiler Hagi, there work ethic is outstanding & completed the job ahead of time, from
time we met Ian in the showroom who made choosing our style & layout so easy & the
professionalism in which everything was carried out is 5 star.

Perfection is correct word to describe them. From the beginning, in their showroom, Ripples team
helped us define our future bathroom, advised and planned everything to our needs. We got well
defined timeframes for the works and what would be involved. The most important thing was that
everything was exactly on time and executed as agreed. Team took great care to protect surrounding
space, which also meant a lot to us. In the end, result was well above our expectations, beautiful and
well organized bathroom. Will definitely be back to design our ensuite bathroom with them.
