How We Work
Briefing
During the initial consultation, we aim to understand your plans and needs. We firmly believe in the principle of form follows function, ensuring that how you live and utilise your bathroom becomes our primary focus.
Design
The Design is the fun bit. Once we agree your brief together and establish a budget, we proceed to create a design that not only meets your needs but also maximizes the utilisation of your space. Our aim is to deliver a layout that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional.
Order
Once we finalise the desired look and feel, we proceed to place orders for your chosen products, fittings, and bathroom ware.
Install
We are unique in that we handle all aspects of the project with our inhouse tradesman including plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling & painting. Throughout the process you will have a personal project manager, to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We stay with you until you are happy to sign off.
After Sales
We have a dedicated after sales team, so rest assured, if you need us back, we are here for you. All of our work is guaranteed and we are fully insured and authorised.
Our Timeline
Whether it’s a renovation or a new bathroom, our team will take no more than 7 working days to complete your new bathroom fit-out; our fit-out team are trained in-house to our meticulous standard with values of ‘working clean, working smart and taking care.

Our expert Ripples Installation Crew usually begins work on a Monday or Tuesday morning and completes the entire renovation within 7 working days. They dedicate themselves exclusively to your project and remain on-site until the job is finished to perfection.
Our transparent payment structure is outlined in our accompanying terms and conditions sent along with the quotations. Once we’ve agreed on the design, a 50% deposit secures your booking. On the job start date, 40% of the payment is due, with the remaining 10% to be paid upon successful completion.
